We appreciate it if you arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment. Arriving late for your appointment causes delays in the subsequent schedule. If a patient arrives 15 minutes late to their appointment, we will be forced to cancel it and reschedule for another day, with fees charged to the patient's account.
Saturday appointments are ONLY available throughout the Summer Season to provide well visits, vaccination records, and physical reports for schools and other activities. Our Saturday appointments typically begin in mid-JULY and conclude at the end of SEPTEMBER, resuming the following Summer. The Saturday schedule will be available biweekly and will be considered as AFTER-HOUR visit.
Please schedule Saturday appointments by PHONE at least 48 hours in advance to allow us ample time to coordinate our team.
SATURDAYS from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm
Appointments requested between 8:30 AM and 9:00 AM are exclusively available by calling our office. Early appointments may be affected by hospital notifications of newborn deliveries. Our personnel must attend to these hospital calls as a top priority in the morning, and occasionally, these notifications may arrive as late as midnight.
